Greetings on behalf of the "Talented" women of Tau Kappa Zeta Graduate Chapter.  It is a privilege and I am deeply humbled to serve as President of Tau Kappa Zeta Graduate Chapter.  Since its chartering in 2003, the chapter has been recognized and received numerous awards on the local, regional and national levels. 

We are poised to follow our platform "Designing for Success."  We wish to continue the stability of our successful activities, while hammering out and designing new activities to serve the community, while ensuring Zeta Phi Beta is a permanent fixture for years to come.  Our chapter's mission, To foster higher education, community service, scholarship and promote finer womanhood and thus becoming leaders  in the community who foster compassion and integrity to promote a healthier and stronger community. 

With the help of our amazing women of the Zeta Amicae of Slidell and our phenomenal youth, we have made great strides in Slidell.

  • Zeta and Sigma Project Vote, to register new voters

  • Zeta "Zenith" Scholarship Awards

  • Annual Free Seminar celebrating Finer Womanhood

  • Taste of Blue "Wine Tasting Event" for Scholarship Fund

  • Jazz Festival Basket Giveaway for Scholarship Fund

  • Keep Slidell Beautiful Campaign

  • Adopt A Street Program

  • American Cancer Society Relay for Life

  • March of Dimes, March for Babies/ Walk America

  • March of Dimes Prematurity Awareness

  • Pan-Hellenic Greek Co-sponsored Community Service Projects

  • Garage Sales for Scholarship Fund

  • Youth seminars and activities

We have enjoyed sponsoring these exciting events and activities to our neighbors in Slidell and surrounding areas.  We are committed to continue serving our community with established events and plan to bring more exciting activities to our neighbors. 

We hope to continue receiving the vast and warm support as participants continue to attend our events.  We look forward to partnering with individuals and community leaders who share our vision.
